1. Acceptance

By using ScreenWakeUp ("the Service") at screenwakeup.com, you agree to these Terms. If you disagree, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

ScreenWakeUp provides a free, browser-based tool to prevent your device screen from sleeping or locking. It uses the Screen Wake Lock API and does not require installation or account creation.

3. Free use

The core Service is provided free of charge. We reserve the right to introduce paid features (Pro plan) at any time without affecting the free tier.

4. No warranty

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the wake lock will function on all devices, browsers, or operating system versions. Browser vendors control the Wake Lock API and may change its behavior at any time.

5. Limitation of liability

ScreenWakeUp is not liable for any damages arising from use or inability to use the Service, including but not limited to interrupted file transfers, failed presentations, or data loss.

6. Prohibited use

• Do not use the Service to circumvent security policies on corporate or managed devices in ways that violate your employer's policies.
• Do not attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or overload our infrastructure.

7. Pro plan

Pro subscriptions are processed by Lemon Squeezy. Refunds are subject to Lemon Squeezy's refund policy. We reserve the right to revoke Pro access if these Terms are violated.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. The date at the top reflects the latest update.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Peru, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
